Based on some untitled studies of 1923 by a French typographer known simply as Draim, this font is definitely an exercise in minimalism, describing letterforms with the fewest transitions possible. Despite its quaint charm, the font can look quite up-to-date --- another example, I suppose, of âeverything old is new again.â
